it's ok if you don't post as much as me (lol) but i saw that there is lots of members without a single post..
so what to do with them?

Uhm... Why should we do anything about them?
EVERYONE (please note the caps) is allowed to register an account here.
And as long as no offenses happen, their accounts won't be deleted.
