Cooking Guide
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Table of contents:
1. Levels
2. Tips
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1-35: Go to Lumbridge. Go to the cow farm or one of the chicken farms. Wait for people to kill the animals and take their meat. I recommend that you go for the cow farm, because lots of people battle for the hides and you will always have meat ready and waiting on the ground. Then go to the Lumbridge Castle Kitchen and cook all the meat, the range will allow you to burn less food. After wards just drop the meat, or go upstairs and deposit it for later. To get to level 25, you will need 262 meat.

- Don't bother going south to fish, it's much faster just to pick up meat then fish.
- At 25 You can cook fish (Look down) or Keep cooking meat... it will take 747 meat.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

25-35: Time to cook fish. Go to the Barbarian Village. Fish and cook fish using the river, then walk to the Helmet shop west of you. There is always a fire going there. Drop them or walk the the Edgeville bank, just north. Sometimes people who just want to fish and so will drop their fish, so you can just pick them up and cook them.

To get to 35 You will need:

- Around 210 Trout
- Around 180 Pike
- Around 160 Salmon
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

25-35: You can also cook stew. Grab more 125 bowls, you can buy them from the general store or from the Lumbridge Castle Kitchen fill them with water (Use one all bowls will fill with water) and deposit them in the upstairs bank. Then go to the Potato farm, Northeast of the Draynor Village and grab 125 potatoes and bank them. At this point, you should have enough meat to make your 125 stews for 35 cooking.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

35-74: Go to the Cooking Guild (Available at level 32), go to the third level of the cooking guild where you grab a jug and some grapes. Continue until you have 14 jugs and 14 grapes, return to the first floor and use the jug on the sink. Combine the grapes to the water filled jugs and wait for the grape juice into wine. Then drop them all. And continue making grapes until you're level 74. To get to level 74 you'll need to make around 5,370 wine.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

74-86: Make sure you have more then 50 fishing (or fishing will be slow), buy a lobster cage from the fishing shop in Port Sarim. (It's optional but bring a tinderbox and an axe) Have 30gp and take a trip to Karajama, go to the north-east dock and "cage" fishing spot. Once you have full of lobsters find a fire, or go to the eastern dock and chop down the only one tree and use the tinderbox on the logs to create a fire. Then cook the lobsters on it. Then drop them, and go back to fish. Don't worry you won't burn any of the lobsters after 74 cooking.
You'll need to cook a little more then 20,000 lobsters. Make sure you have a high fishing so that you can fish fast (Make sure you have more then 50 fishing, or you should just use make wine.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

86-99: Make sure you have 60+ fishing, go Karajama and fish (with a harpoon) swordfish, and cook them with a fire or one that you made (Look at 74-86 for details) You'll need to cook around 67,400 swordfish. Also when fishing sword fish, there is a good chance that you will fish tuna, just drop it.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Tips:
1. When you're going from 74-99 make sure your fishing is high enough that you will be alot faster then gathering grapes and jugs, or it won't be worth it.
2. You may want to buy raw lobsters or swordfish.
3. Making pizza or cakes are a water of time, unless you can easily stock up on several eggs, several milk, etc.
4. Listen to music while cooking or it will be very boring.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Very nice guide,
but some thins are a little strange...

For the lobster method "make sure you have lvl 40 fishing , otherwise it'll be slow". You CAN'T fish lobsters below lvl 40 fishing...

Also, the swordfish method...
Did you forget you also get Tuna from the same spots (also with harpoon)?

Please don't think I'm trying to be mean, it's just constructive criticism for helping you improve your guide.

You have made a nice guide here, it will help all the beginner cookers who need an heads up on what they are doing.
Cooking is a easy skill to train, in my opinion you dont need a guide to train cooking as everything gives a generous amount of exp and you can easily level until 50 with every fish/meat/dairy there is.

Here are some points that you could think of:

Save your pictures as .png or .bmp for better quality, it looks cleaner and is easier to see.

Try to give an exact number, instead of an (around 500) estimate, so if someone is planning to buy the raw fish they wont have to buy an extra or sell an extra trout Wink
