Does anyone know if there's a one-handed weapon that has a defence bonus?
F2P or P2P doesn't matter, I'm just wondering.

almost all weapons give some sort of defense bonus

daggers: +1 mage
axe: +1 stab
claws: +1 stab +3 slash +1 crush
sword: +2 slash +1 crush
longsword: +3 slash +2 crush
scim: +1 slash
spear: +1 stab +1 slash
halberd: +1 slash +2 crush

those are defense bonuses

check the knowledge base for other weapons i didn't include like warhammers, i was just bored while i was woodcutting
